I work as a personal development coach with individuals and couples, supporting them in both personal and professional fields and making successful life choices.
I have a degree in Psychology and taught on Access courses and A level for 20 years. I worked closely with adults and young people facilitating learning, mentoring and advising on career choices.
I hold a Certificate in Marital and Couple Counselling from Relate. I work with couples who wish to improve their relationship as well as those who are planning a new phase in their lives such as retirement.
I have a Certificate in Coaching from the Centre for Coaching and I am an NLP Practitioner (Association for Integrative Psychology AIP). I am a member of the British Psychological Society (Special Group for Coaching Psychology) and an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching (AMAC).
I keep up to date with continuing professional development, undertake supervision and have full professional insurance.
